REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY

 Refund or Exchange:

We offer exchanges for items purchased from our online store. Fortunately, we do also provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value or you may refund it.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
• The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, based on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
• You can exchange your purchased items only once, regardless of the quantity bought under the same bill. Please check all your items carefully and make any exchanges in a single request. Multiple exchange visits for different items from the same bill will not be entertained.
